Refundable situation and related policy
Return time:
Our returns are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Regarding the return address:
Please do not send goods directly to our shipping address. You can communicate with our customer service team first, and explain to the customer service that you need to return the goods, and we will provide you with corresponding services.
Request for Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Defective/Damaged Policy:
If the product is defective or broken when you receive it, please kindly to contact us by email with photos or video attached, our engineers will based on the video/photo to give you with a perfect after-sales custome service, the replacement or refund must be follow our return and refund policy.
Incorrect product
We can also allow returns if a customer has ordered an incorrect product. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the exchange of shipping costs to and from our warehouse. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original price of the product. All and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
When the customer returns the goods, please state the reason for the refund when returning the goods. After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a notification of receipt by email within 5 to 7 business days. We will also notify you within 5 to 7 days to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Our Refund steps
- First step:When customer returns, please contact our Customer service at liuzichuan@micost-optotech.com first. Provide your order number and state the reason for the refund.
- Second step:We will notify you within 3 to 4 days (business days) of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Third step:If you are approved, customer service will send you the return address. All you need to do is send the item back to the designated location. We will process your refund within 5 to 7 days (business days).
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
